Profits of Party gaming go into other ventures
After the success of Party gaming's products, Partypoker and Partygammon, co-founders Vikrant Bhargava, Anurag Dikshit and Ruth Parasol are putting the profits into other ventures. Bhargava and partners sold part of their PartyGaming stakes worth GBP 232 million only a year after its flotation on the LSE. Two months later Vikrant resigned from the board of directors and cashed his shares to invest into a new financial services business called Sirius. Party Gaming, currently owns the top online gambling site Partypoker.com and other gaming-style subsidiaries like Party Casino and Partygammon. The brand joined the FTSE last year with a GBP 5.5 billion flotation. After Dikshit offloaded 57million shares in June his stake has now reduced to 28.95 percent. Bhargava now owns 6.96 percent stake after selling 67million. Partner Ruth Parasol and her husband, Russell DeLeon each have 14.87 percent of the company after disposing 33 million shares.
