The players meet once a week on Saturdays at the chosen venue. Games usually begin in the afternoons and go on well into the evening, depending upon the number of players and the chosen format. New comers to the club can reach the cafe by 3pm, when registration begins. While the club has its own established membership, players need not become members in order to participate.
