If you live in the neighborhood of Halifax then you can enjoy a good game of backgammon at the club. The atmosphere is informal and backgammon lovers come to enjoy the game rather than play backgammon for money. Members of the club meet infrequently on a day that is suitable for all players. Usually members meet up at 'The Three Pigeons', but the venue alters depending on time and convenience. The club does not charge any fees for playing backgammon and encourages people to participate and learn the game. All are welcome and players of beginner, intermediate or expert levels can participate in a casual game of backgammon here. Guests are welcome and beginners are encouraged.
