Near Herne Bay and approximately 8 miles north of Canterbury is Broomfield is the Broomfield Backgammon club. If you are looking for a friendly match of backgammon or are seeking a challenging tournament to test your skills against, then the BBC offers it all. Most importantly, entrance is free to the club and no fee is charged for playing the game. People from all skill sets including novice players, intermediate backgammon skill players or experts can come to gamble their luck at the closed restaurant area here. Matches are held once a week and club members meet every Monday from 7:00 pm onwards at the venue. Approximately 12 backgammon players get together at the club every week to enjoy the game they love or improve their game strategies.
